Cart Fees

Golf Wichita is committed to enhance the needs of youth and adults playing golf in our community. If you need special accommodations to play at our courses, please notify us when booking your tee time. Arthur B. Sim Golf Course is equipped with two handicapped golf carts which are available for rental.

The City of Wichita does not discriminate on the basis of age, sex, race, color, creed, national origin, or disability. In providing services to the public, the City of Wichita must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a federal anti-discrimination statute designed to remove barriers that prevent qualified individuals with disabilities from discrimination on the basis of disability in services, programs, or activities of local governments.

Anytime a Golf Wichita customer purchases a cart rental, they are agreeing to the terms of the City of Wichita's Golf Cart Rental Agreement.

Golf Cart Rental Agreement

Lessee agrees to keep said property in the same condition as when received. The Lessee agrees to pay or reimburse the City of Wichita, on return of said property to the City of Wichita for all charges incidental to all breakages, shortages, or damage, other than ordinary wear to the golf cart, during the terms of rental.

Lessee agrees to keep the golf cart on the golf course grounds and not to sublease or re-rent. Lessee agrees to hold the City of Wichita free and harmless from any damage or claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through the use of said golf cart. Lessee represents that he or she is familiar with safe operation of said golf cart, is over the age of 18, and holds a current valid driver's license.
